Lead Pastor
Tyler Poole | tyler@patrickbaptist.org
Raised at Patrick Baptist since a boy, and saved in 8th grade, Tyler started developing a passion for ministry in college. College onward, Tyler served as the Youth Pastor for over 5 years, until he took on the position of Lead Pastor in 2024. He loves the people of both the Church, and the community. He can often be found in the outdoors, where he loves spending his free time with his wife, Shea.

Steve Hamm | steve@patrickbaptist.org
Steve began pastoring Patrick Baptist in 1994, and retired as Lead Pastor in 2024. He has a long history with the community and people of Ferris, as this is where he grew up! His passion for people shines through his ministry, but not just at Patrick. Steve also serves on the board of Arlington Baptist University and Minnetonka Christian Camp.
Children's Teacher
Frank Patino | frank@patrickbaptist.org
Frank gave his life to Christ in 2008, after being convicted of his relationship with God after years of being in church. He joined Patrick Baptist in 2013, and felt right at home. Now he serves as a children’s teacher and enjoys getting to see the seed of God’s word grow in the lives of the youth.
